THE WINERY

The Waurn Ponds Estate winery was designed from the ground up to ensure the various parcels of clonal fruit can be handled separately until the wines are ready for final blending.

All options are available for both traditional old world winemaking and for incorporating the latest new world technology.

Our winemaking approach is to preserve and enhance the natural fruit characters through using the most appropriate combination of old and new world winemaking technology to deliver the best value for money wines at all price points.

All aspects of winery operations and processing are hands-on and boutique but
represent corporate winery culture and know how.
